NOT SO, "the basis for a good smile comes down to oral hygene". If the stains on your teeth are caused by medications taken as a child that caused the stains to penetrate right through the bone....no amount of good oral hygene will whiten them.

Lol please tell me why not?? You can buy it at the drugstore.. it is used for oral cleaning your mouth from bacteria and infections. it is good for your gums and a side effect is white teeth ; )

for all of you who want white teeth mix half water half hydrogen peroxide and swish it in your mouth for about 1min,spit it out and brush your teeth,it not only whitens your teeth but gets rid of bad breath just dont swallow it. it doesnt smell or taste bad.then brush,flos and mouth was and youll have white teeth in no time =)
