it's a one off project,meaning that there is only one exelero in the world. So it's not for the filthy rich nor for anyone else, it's only a show model. And also, concept cars aren't street legal under normal curcomstances.

The first one was for tiretesting and nothing else, this car costs 8 million euro, becouse ist completly handmade. its so cheap, because they cpuld use loots of the parts from the other maybach models ;-)

ok here again, its completly handmade.
the owner (fulda tire factory) pays 12 million euro to built it and a remake would cost 8 million EURO (you know the difference between euro and dollar? 8 million euro are at the time 12'608'000 US Dollar). its handmade!
A series production price would be a bit higher than the price for the normal maybach sedans. and that would be less than half of the bugatti :P
