your sopposed to keep your HIPS DOWN!! when doing those, that's why it's working your chest. Keeping your hips down isolates the back more also, and it also gives you a better feel/stretch.

i dont no why but when i work out my upper back i feel no pain in my uper back and i have great form and everything when i work triceps or biceps chest or wtv i get a great pump but upper back i feel nothing, can anyone help me?

I work my upper back and it seems that I don't feel any pain at all
I wonder if I was doign it wrong at first but my results were outstanding
SO I guess it depends on the workout
I use a dumbbell then I lean over a chair and put my hand on the chair for support, while holding the dumbbell on my other hand I lift it up and do 3 sets of 20 reps, 20lbs

Are you talking about the pulling the dumbell up and over your head in the lying down position? Nah, your chest muscle is used when your arm is moved in front of your body.

Great video! I wondered how you could exercise your back without having access to a pull down machine or chin-up bar - Thanks - I hear, though, that for a proper training of your lats there is nothing better than using those two machines if you can get access to them.

Good point. If you're trying to build muscle mass and grow your muscles you should train with intensity; one way to achieve that is by using heavier weights and lower reps; somewhere around 4-8 reps.
Try not doing one side with one dumbbell at a time, it's less efficient and takes more time. Try rowing with two dumbbells or a barbell :)

I know about using two dumbbells for the workout to be much quicker, but I prefer to use one at a time
Just like when doing bicep curls I like to focus on one bicep then another; same for each workout I perform.

i did this but i didn't feel tired in my back afterwards. Is this normal? Since upper back is a lot of muscle groups maybe I'm not supposed to feel it
