I use baking soda once in a while, and that actually helps out a lot, so I think I'll use the hydrogen peroxide instead of water to make that paste...
I recommend scrubbing with baking soda once in a while anyway.
I gargled every night with a cap full of it and the stains went away and my teeth were really white. Make sure you brush straight after with fluriode toothpaste to keep your teeth strong. You should notice the difference after using it for around 2-4 weeks and any stains should have lightened or be gone.
My teeth got several shades whiter after the first couple days.
When you go to take a shower, take a swig and swish it around while you shower (or do something that lasts for about 10-15 minutes) every day. I found that made a HUGE difference. My gums are also super healthy and never get puffy or inflamed.
It sounds too good to be true but it isn't. I wasn't going to bother, but I'm glad I tried.
Hope it works for you too!
Twice a week I mix HP, baking soda and a little salt (the salt makes the HP whiten more), put some on, place some cotton in my mouth to keep it dry and leave that in for 20 minutes. Then I take a tooth brush and scrub...
In between, twice a day I use HP as mouth wash. When I'm doing something that takes about ten minutes, I take a swig and swish it around. Right after, I brush my teeth and then use some Listerine.
The HP cleans everything so well. I've always had great oral hygiene, but the HP made my gums even healthier. They're not inflamed at all (and most are) and my teeth are whiter.
It's used in mouthwashes and toothpastes as it is. It doesn't burn or anything like that. It just kinda foams up a bit. It doesn't even taste bad. It doesn't really taste like much.. maybe a little odd and tingles. It doesn't leave a taste in your mouth or anything if you brush afterward.
