Documentary hosted by martial arts acting legend Jackie Chan on the creation of action sequences in his movies.
Joined by the Jackie Chan Stunt Team he reveals the tricks of the trade, shows the training involved in being a stunt man and conducts a masterclass in how to choreograph fight scenes.
He also talks about his stunts in "Police Story" and there is behind-the-scenes footage of "Who Am I?" and "Rush Hour".

Como es que Jackie Chan, despues de tantas lesiones, ha seguido haciendo saltos? Personalmente he sufrido dos esguinces de rodilla derecha, y no soy el mismo de antes. Esto me hace pensar que Jackie, cuantas mas lesiones, mas ha sobresalido del resto. A mayor dificultad, mas genialidad...
